Welcome to matrimony-indian.my, Matrimonial Service Provider. To use the matrimony-indian.my site, you must register as a member of the site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

To become a member and use the services offered by matrimony-indian.my, you need to abide by these Terms of Use. matrimony-indian.my may, at its discretion, modify this agreement from time to time, with notice to the user.

All users must comply with our Safety and Conditions.

Kindly inform our support team to remove your profile if you have found your bride or groom within the stipulated time.

matrimony-indian.my has the right to delete your profile immediately if you change your details or input new profile details on your account.
matrimony-indian.my has the right to delete your profile immediately if our team finds that you have been married or engaged.
matrimony-indian.my has the right to suspend your profile without prior notice.
matrimony-indian.my reserves the right to edit/delete your photo if it is not valid, clear, or related.
matrimony-indian.my reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.
matrimony-indian.my has the right to delete your profile immediately if you or a user have been involved in a marriage bureau or marriage brokerage.
matrimony-indian.my has the right to delete your profile immediately if you have engaged in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the matrimony-indian.my site.

Please note: Your profile will automatically be suspended if there is one (1) report against it. You will be unable to renew or resume your profile because it will be considered blacklisted. There is no refund policy in such cases.

Refund Policy
matrimony-indian.my will NOT refund ANY payment to ANY member for ANY reason whatsoever except in the case of an error on matrimony-indian.my’s part.

Profile Photo Guidelines and Conditions

  • You must upload a bride/groom photo(s) to your profile. If you feel uncomfortable, you may blur the photo up to 50%.

  • Your photo can be removed by the admin team if it does not include your likeness or a headshot.

  • Do not use photos such as company logos, landscapes, animals, or text-based images.

  • If we remove your photo, you may upload a different one to comply.

  • Profiles without a photo cannot be reactivated.

Profile Approval Terms

  • All photos must comply with our Terms and Conditions.

  • All profile details must be accurate and truthful.

  • You must not include third-party information without consent.

  • You must not post inappropriate, pornographic, extremist, or offensive content.

  • Extreme violations will lead to immediate suspension without notice.

  • You are solely liable for any information in your profile. matrimony-indian.my is not responsible for the accuracy of your content.

Eligibility
To register as a member of matrimony-indian.my, you must be of or above the legal marriageable age in your country of residence.

Content Guidelines

  • matrimony-indian.my may delete any content that violates these Terms.

  • You are responsible for the content you publish.

  • Offensive, harassing, misleading, illegal, or spam content is prohibited.

  • You may not share personal contact information (phone, address, email, URLs) in your public profile.

Privacy
matrimony-indian.my will not monitor or disclose private data unless required by law or court order. We may share necessary details with law enforcement in cases of misuse.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify matrimony-indian.my and its affiliates against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the site.

Disclaimer
matrimony-indian.my is not responsible for inaccuracies, user misconduct, or any loss/damage resulting from use of the site. The exchange of profiles does not constitute a matrimonial offer or recommendation.

Miscellaneous

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

  • Invalid provisions will not affect the rest of the agreement.

  • Registered members will receive service-related emails.

  • By registering, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.
